Why Isn’t Isaiah Hartenstein Playing Tonight? OKC Thunder Confirm Injury Concern Ahead of 76ers Game

1 min read

After a successful road trip, with three straight wins, the Thunder are back in OKC for a two-game home stand. Their first challenge? Beating the shorthanded Sixers tonight. However, it could prove to be a difficult task as the home team will be playing without their star big man, Isaiah Hartenstein.

Unfortunately, Hartenstein will not suit up against the Philly team. Reason? Lower back spasms. Of course, that is a massive blow to the team because Isaiah is playing the best basketball of his career in OKC, averaging 11.4 points and over eleven rebounds. Even in Sunday’s game against the Bucks, he dominated with a 24-point double-double to lead his team to victory. But the Thunder will not have that firepower tonight.

Isaiah Hartenstein (back) listed out Wednesday.
