Visuals Confirm Anthony Edwards Putting Mat Ishbia in Uncomfortable Spot as Timberwolves Complete 4-Game Season Sweep of Suns

2 min read

Looks like the Timberwolves finally got their groove back. They headed into tonight’s Suns clash hoping to shake off Monday’s blowout loss against the Pacers. Coming out with a mission, the Minnesota team was dominant from the get go and maintained a comfortable lead for majority of the game. Then came the final nail in the coffin – Anthony Edwards’ nasty taunt targeting Suns owner Mat Ishbia.

With less than a minute remaining until final buzzer and the Wolves up by double-digits, the game was as good as over. But Edwards was not done. He caught a pass in the corner and hit a dagger three to seal the win for his team. What happened next caught everyone’s attention. As soon his shot went in, Ant-Man struck a mean pose and turned toward Mat Ishbia, who was sitting right behind him in the front row.

Putting the billionaire owner is an uncomfortable spot, Edwards stared him down for several seconds before turning his focus back to the game. Well, Anthony Edwards and Co. sure have the Suns’ number as they swept the four-game season series with tonight’s win.
