Quinton Rampage Jackson’s moniker tells a lot about his personality. ‘Rampage’ has an aggressive fighting style similar to his raging emotions. His cousin was the one who called him by this moniker inspired by a videogame where characters smash things signaling that Jackson goes ballistic like those gaming avatars.

The former UFC light heavyweight champ was one of the most intimidating fighters in his prime and had anger issues as well. He also mentioned taking anger management classes and getting angrier because of the sessions as per UFC.com. This simmering anger ultimately led to Jackson having several feuds with UFC stars and journalists alike.

The most famous beef is probably the perilous fight he had with Ricardo Arona at Pride FC back in 2004, where he unleashed his wrath and smashed Arona into the ground with a devastating powerbomb. While speaking to Chris Van Vliet, he revealed the reason, stating, “He started heeling me in my face, and I went down so he would miss me. He dislocated my jaw with one of the heels, my jaw was out of the hinge a little bit.”

From Anthony Smith to Rashad Evans, he has had a beef with many UFC stars and did not even leave famous MMA journo Ariel Helwani off the list. He narrated the origin of the feud in the latest JAXXON podcast episode with Nate Diaz. ‘Rampage’ narrated, No, sometimes Ariel and I do bump heads. Like when I left the UFC and went to Bellator, I was he was kind of hitting a little bit because Bellator wasn’t so—I was like the first ‘big name’ to go to Bellator. Then I told Tito and I told everybody ‘Hey, I am making more money over here’ cause the pay-per-view went down. And then Tito came, and then other people came with Bellator. And Ariel Helwani was talking shi— he was hating on me a little bit, so I kind of got upset with him about that.”

Interestingly the MMA star and Hollywood actor does not stick to the MMA world when it comes to vendettas—-he has picked fights outside of this relam as well.

Quinton Rampage Jackson confronted some ladies at a bar

‘Rampage’ was recently at a pub and was streaming on Kick while his cameraman recorded everything. The UFC and PRIDE FC star was seen suddenly confronting a bar customer while getting drinks from the bartender. But why? Well, the man pushed his cameraman, and Jackson immediately confronted the man, catching him by the shoulder. He said, “Hey, come here, did you just push him? He got the fu—ing camera here you pu—. Get the fu— outta here. I watch everything you f—ing b—h, hey, don’t you ever touch my cameraman.”

While Jackson was following the man towards the entrance, a lady came up to him and said, “Don’t you f—ing do that again,” to which Jackson responded, “Guess what, he keeps pushing me out for no reason.” The lady retorted, “He didn’t touch it. Don’t f—ing touch me.” But Jackson did not escalate the situation, as he said, “It’s on f—ing camera.”

But was ‘Rampage’ in the wrong? Thankfully, the man did not have to witness the old ‘Rampage’ during its prime. Now the former UFC star has mellowed down a lot, and lately, the Memphis native has visibly calmed down, as is seen in his podcast. Is Jackson the same angry young man he was before, or does he have a new era now? Let us know what you think in the comments down below.
