Shaquille O’Neal loves pranks! Just a few days ago, he pulled a prank on Charles Barkley, instructing a comedian to call Chuck and tell him that he is the father of Henry, Barkley’s daughter Christiana Barkley’s son. The list is long, with the 4x NBA champion once putting loads of snow inside his TNT colleague Kenny Smith’s car. However, he was quickly caught by The Jet, who called him out in his IG story. Later, footage confirmed that it was indeed Shaq’s prank. But how does he take the pranks that are played on him? Now we know. One just turned into a heated exchange at a UFC bout.
It all began at DAZN’s Fight Night 27. The Big Aristotle is known for his love of UFC fights. He was enjoying the moment while snacking on some candies. However, he was quite shocked when a person sitting next to him shockingly and intentionally yanked them out of his hands. He watched the person in disbelief!
O’Neal doesn’t like it when someone greets him or shakes his hand while he is eating. His disbelief is understandable. But this was none other than Adin Ross, a famous online streamer, playing a prank. However, after a long stare, Shaq looked away. It seemed that would be it. But at the recent UFC 314 event in Miami, the two had a heated exchange. Complex Pop just dropped their conversation on Instagram. President Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and several more celebrities and important people were reportedly present at the event.
The second slide of the Instagram post shows O’Neal likely still mad about the candy incident as Ross filmed him. O’Neal said something that was illegible in the video; however, Ross claimed that he would sue him in response. “@Shaq please do it I can’t wait to sue,” the video was captioned. In another slide, Ross was again seen filming Shaq from afar, and O’Neal hit back again, but his words were not audible. However, it appeared that he was saying, “What the f—k are you looking at?”
Is O’Neal really mad about it? Or was this just some A-class WWE-level acting, perfect for the event they pair met at? We know how much Shaq loves pranks. He has a long history with them!
Shaquille O’Neal’s prank with Lou Amundson
One of the hilarious and odd pranks by the Los Angeles Lakers legend was perhaps with his former Teammate Lou Amundson. Former NBA player Matt Barnes recently detailed the story during his appearance at the Podcast P with Paul George.
He said that O’Neal played an odd prank on Amundson which was to use mouthpiece in a bizarre way and then keeping the thing back in his former teammate’s locker room without him knowing. “Shaq goes through a whole shootaround with Lou’s mouthpiece under his n—–k, then put it back in his locker,” Barnes said.
Now, Amundson, who is completely unaware of the situation, wore that mouthguard nonchalantly. He added, “Before the game, coaches be talking, and Lou would always get up, put his mouthpiece in, jump around, and stretch because he’s an energy dude. He put that s**t in his mouth, and everyone died.”
