The Big Aristotle has a cool collection of nearly 40 lavish cars! Think Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Bentleys, Lamborghinis! And he keeps changing, selling, replacing, and buying new ones. Thanks to O’Neal’s favorite automotive dealers, a glimpse can be seen of some of the rarest creations Shaquille O’Neal owns. He recently had a four-door turned into a two-door. Intriguing! And while one might think this is the height of his collection, rest assured, you haven’t seen the peak, which comes with a warning!
Shaq’s latest custom project had car enthusiasts’ jaws dropping. He had his Lucid Air turned into a sleek two-door car. Well, to fit his 7’1″ stature, he does need customization for almost all of his cars. But the Lucid Air is out of this world. Now, he chose Effortless Motors for what’s likely a new project. After discovering the company, Shaq has bought more than eight cars from them. Speaking of the car that the company just showed on its social media, it’s unique.
What might surprise you is that it’s the only one in America. As the post read, “the ONLY Convertible Hellcat Widebody Challenger in the country!” In the clip, we see O’Neal walking through the details with the company’s CEO, Ahmad Abdelrahman, discussing all the custom changes he wants. And as Shaq revealed, it’s the only version in America, owned by him. “I’m the only one in the country with it,” he boasted.
He further added how he wants the cabin to have more space for him to fit in, and a few more changes that Ahmad took the challenge. At the end, he gave a strict warning to all the members, including Ahmad, that they should not drive the car through the streets of L.A. “Hey, don’t be driving my s— in LA.” Shaq warned.
This car is very precious to him. In a YouTube clip shared by the brand, one of the members revealed that they would not share the price, since O’Neal has refused to put a value on this car! It’s quite clear how much he adores it. But is he partial to some cars? As we know, he did forget about buying some of his cars.
Shaquille O’Neal forgot about a custom car
And when you have a huge collection like the Big Aristotle’s, it’s understandably tough to remember all your lavish purchases. And the Lakers legend is no different, he forgot that he had purchased a car. Not a small piece of jewelry, but a car that is worth tens of thousands. So, it’s mostly Effortless Motors, and they usually have the car delivered to O’Neal’s house.
Like on other days, the company brought the custom Ford Escalade that O’Neal bought to his house. It’s worth nearly $160,000. Some people can’t forget it even if they want to. But we’re talking about the Los Angeles Lakers legend, who looked surprised at the car. It might be that he forgot about it.
It’s likely not because of how much net worth he has, but more about his hectic schedule. Apart from his TNT duties and managing his $500 million empire and business deals, O’Neal has taken a GM position in a voluntary capacity at Sacramento State. His son Shaqir has signed up for the same program after leaving Florida A&M. And well, this isn’t even the first time.
Last year, the 4x NBA champion bought a custom Maybach Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van from Effortless Motors. Now, that purchase slipped his mind, too. When the company members arrived at his home, his response was, “Oh, that’s right, I bought a Sprinter.” Now that he has another job, O’Neal will have an even more interesting schedule ahead.
