Roger Goodell Announces Patrick Mahomes Decision After Handing 21,695-Mile Headache to Chiefs

2 min read

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is gearing up to serve big changes this season. At first, it was the doubling down of scrutiny on the “Tush Push” and other similar plays that the league is trying to do away with this year. Second, it was the decision to pause the coaching acceleration program and revamp it for next year. And now? His eyes are on the Kansas City Chiefs with some big updates.

Roger Goodell has only recently announced that the KCC will be going to Brazil for the first international game of this season in Week 1. They’ll be playing against the Chargers. But that was nowhere near the end of the story. As it turns out, Goodell had a few more surprises lined up for Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.

Adam Schefter has just shared a major update on X regarding the schedule drops that we are anticipating. According to Schefter, “Kansas City is heading to Dallas for a Thanksgiving game.” With this, it looks like the Chiefs will be getting a double holiday boost this season. First KCC vs. Dallas on Thanksgiving Day, and then on Christmas, it’s Chiefs vs. Broncos. Looks like Patrick Mahomes is going on a tour this whole season.
