The Arkansas Razorbacks’ season came to a disappointing end at the MK Regionals, falling short of expectations and missing out on a trip to nationals. But amid the heartbreak, freshman Joscelyn Roberson delivered a season that turned heads across the NCAA.
Arkansas’ freshman made history, and some! She broke records along the way, from becoming the first all-around national qualifier since 2017. Roberson’s journey was anything but ordinary. She broke records, earned All-SEC and All-American honors, and did it all with the poise of a veteran. While the team stumbled, she soared, her routines filled with both power and purpose. Her freshman year was a whirlwind of pressure, growth, and success. And just when it feels like the story is winding down, Roberson takes a pause, because now, she has something to say.
Roberson took to Instagram to make her feelings clear on 24th April, she wrote, “So much love for NCAA gymnastics and the University of Arkansas. I’ve had so much fun this season and I can’t believe it’s already come to an end!! So proud of everything we’ve overcome and accomplished this year. Freshman season Gotta go for a minute but I’ll be back NCAA GYM.”
The story is developing….
