Not Just Daughter, Brock Lesnar’s Teenager Son Is Also Creating His Own Sports Legacy Away From WWE

Brock Lesnar may not have his kids following in his footsteps in terms of being a WWE juggernaut. But he won’t mind how things are turning out. One thing remained the same. One more Lesnar being a trailblazer. It’s like the Lesnar genes are destined for greatness. And by that, we don’t mean just DNA. It’s the Lesnar grit, work ethic, and discipline. And that’s seeing yet another Lesnar Jr. starting the journey to create his own sporting legacy.

As per Bar Down’s tweet on May 9, 2025, Brock Lesnar’s youngest son, Duke, has scaled a major milestone in hockey. That’s right. Duke Lesnar is dealing in pucks and sticks. And he is doing rather well. “Duke Lesnar, son of legendary wrestler Brock Lesnar, was just drafted to the WHL by the Medicine Hat Tigers! .” The 14-year-old was the 115th pick in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft.

What does this mean? The Western Hockey League is the junior affiliate league under the Canadian Hockey League. And as part of the Medicine Hat Tigers, Duke Lesnar, son of Brock and Sable, another WWE star, will be attending the Medicine Hat Tigers’ development and rookie camps in 2025. All this with the final stop – the NHL. Right now, Lesnar Jr. is probably pointing his fingers at the NHL banner, like Brock Lesnar used to point at the WrestleMania electric board towering over the arena as he stared down his opponent.

All this started with the 14-year-old notching up 13 goals and 15 assists in 30 games for the Notre Dame Hounds U15 Prep team in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League. At 5’11” and 168 lbs, he’s one absolute unit of a skater, and we have seen how athletic the Lesnars are. Brock Lesnar himself was deceptively agile, despite his colossal physique.

Duke Lesnar has also got 43 penalty minutes under his belt in the 2024-25 season, making him one who makes the difference when needed. Will we be seeing Duke Lesnar in the NHL in the future? The better question is – do we want to? Hell yeah! And imagine – Brock Lesnar in the arena. And his music hits! That’s peak NHL. Let’s go, Duke!

And that would only mean another Lesnar Jr. creating a unique legacy, because the NCAA had been hearing the name ‘Lesnar’ in the track and field circuit in the past year many times, and mostly for record-breaking winning occasions.

After Brock Lesnar, his daughter is also a Champion in the NCAA

25 years ago, Brock Lesnar became the NCAA heavyweight champion with a 106-5 record. In 2024, again, the Lesnar name would be associated with an NCAA title, all thanks to Mya Lesnar, Duke’s half-sister. Well, recently, she has been gaining attention after becoming the Mountain West Conference shot put champion for the 4th time in 2025.

What’s so special about this win? Well, the 2025 Conference win has made her the number one-ranked women’s shot putter in the US. Representing Colorado State, she has already claimed the school record with an 18.50-meter throw at the Mines Alumni Classic. She will be gunning for the ultimate NCAA title on May 23.

However, it won’t be her first NCAA title. Mya Lesnar has already claimed the NCAA Division I Indoor National title with a mark of around 18.53 meters in March 2024. And she is dreaming bigger. The World Championships and the Olympics for sure. But is there a chance we will ever see her in the sport that made her father the beastly figure of wrestling?

Well, maybe. Maybe not. Mya Lesnar, however, has made it clear how she wants it to pan out. “It’s really not about my dad. He is one of my biggest supporters, but at the end of the day, I’m here to make a name for myself,” the Colorado State senior had said in an interview with 9NEWS Sports Denver.

All the best wishes to Mya Lesnar. And Duke. What we are seeing is a sporting dynasty being created. The Lesnar dynasty.
