Professional golfers aspiring to play in LIV Golf often are on the lookout for fast growth. The lucrative contracts, comfortable schedules, and numerous benefits offered by the Saudi-based promotion seem quite appealing to them. That makes it easy for them to forget that the remaining community has isolated them from golf. But that is not the case for players who are unable to bag contracts from LIV Golf.
One such player who has been on the constant lookout for a big upgrade is Ollie Schniederjans. The three-time NCAA All-American managed to beat the captain of Crushers GC; Bryson DeChambeau and other top golfers in Asia to win the International Series India a few hours ago. But during the post-round interview, he seemed a lot less enthusiastic than he should have been.
As reported by EssentiallySports Journalist, Anjana Prabhakaran on their X account, “#InternationalSeries winner Ollie wants to be a part of #LIVGolf team.” This shows that despite the big win, he is still on the lookout for an offer from LIV Golf. The former PGA Tour pro might have attracted a lot of attention due to his win this weekend. But only time will tell if it convinced the LIV Golf officials to sign him up for this season, even if it’s as a reserve player in the league.
