LeBron James Announces Future Plans With Luka Doncic After Refusing to Follow JJ Redick’s Order

The Lakers look absolutely lethal! Even before Luka Doncic’s debut, the LA side went on to dominate the court with soaring confidence. Well, what do you expect from a team that just roped in a 25-year-old generational talent? But, there’s a big concern. All this could vanish in a whisker if the remote is handled by multiple players. Who should lead the team? Following the commanding win over the Dubs, LeBron James laid out a roadmap for the new-look team. Will it sit well? Let’s hear from the superstar himself.

Last night, LeBron James took on the Dubs as if it was his last game of his career. The 4x NBA Champ set the tone of the game very early, dropping a triple from the logo. It was the beginning of destruction. He clocked out with a game-high 42 points, 17 rebounds, and 8 assists with an impressive 6-9 FG from the deep. Ironically, he shot better than Steph, who had a horrible night with a 6-20 FG from the deep.

It will ultimately make anyone want the superstar to shoot more from the arc, and that’s what JJ Redick did. And here’s what LeBron James said, speaking to the reporters, “JJ still wants me to shoot more threes. I’m still reluctant to do that ’cause I’m just playing an all-around game… I don’t know, maybe we’ll see.” Bron sounded like a man riding on confidence.

“What do I think? That I’m old… biggest thing is we got the win.”

The 40-year-old not only declined Coach JJ’s order but also took charge of the new-look side, as he revealed the team’s future game plan after the inclusion of Luka Doncic. A reporter asked if the team has any challenges with LukaMagic on the side. “The challenge is that. I don’t really see a challenge,” said Bron after a long pause. Following that, he did something unimaginable.

LeBron James took charge in shaping the Lakers’ future

After saying that the Lakers don’t have any challenge with Luka Doncic joining the squad, he took a brief pause. It looked as if he was operating a computer in his head. A leap into the future to predict how the Lakers would play with the Slovenian’s orchestration. It’s indeed an upgrade to have Doncic handling the ball instead of D’Angelo Russell.

“Everybody getting into the right spots, hold each other accountable, play basketball the right way, share the ball. The ball is gonna be in Luka’s hands, it’s gonna be in AR’s hands. Two great decision makers,” said Bron selflessly. But it was only short-lived, as he forgot about himself and added, “It’d be in my hands a little bit as well. Another great decision-maker.”

Well, there’s no denial in that. The superstar leads the team in assists, producing 9.0 assists per game. Last night, it was a special game. The team clean the Warriors 3-0 this season and also Bron’s been finally paying back for all the suffering from the Cavs’ era. Will it be the season where LeBron James will claim his 5th ring? Let us know in the comments.
