The LIV Golf schedule is now at the sixth stop of the season. With just weeks until May 20th, the day when one of the LIV golfers will qualify for the US Open, the LIV Golf Mexico will be special this year. Interestingly, Joaquin Niemann, defending champion, has already showcased the best of his form this year. But will he be able to defend his victory? This will be decided on April 27th, the final day of the tournament. For the fans who are missing out on witnessing the $20 million event live, they can opt to enjoy it through streaming or a TV broadcast easily.
LIV Golf Mexico schedule for streaming
On April 25, that is the first day, the broadcast is scheduled to begin at 1:05 PM local time (3:05 PM ET) and will continue until 6:00 PM (8:00 PM ET). After the first day of golf concludes, a concert with Belanova will begin. For the final two days, that is, Saturday and Sunday, the first tee-off will be at 12:05 PM (2:05 PM ET) and will continue for 5 straight hours of pure golfing experience, concluding at 5:05 PM (7:05 PM ET).
After concluding the second day, the concert from Alok will be taking center stage. For the final day, it will be the winner taking the stage with his podium finish. To witness all this, fans can either live stream the action on the LIV Golf app or can also enjoy it on TV with the partnered broadcaster. Fox Sports (US), ITV (UK), and Channel Seven (Australia) will be covering the entire event as per the schedule.
But what brings in the adrenaline is the golfers at the top of their game with head-to-head competition. With the ongoing season, there are many golfers who will be in tough contention for the event.
Players to look out for at LIV Golf Mexico
The star-studded course will have many names in top form, but for the fans, Jon Rahm will be the one with all the focus. The golfer who has never been out of the top 10 positions at LIV Golf is continuing his streak. He has showcased a great comeback at the Masters. After the first round of 75, the golfer then shot under-par rounds of 71-70-69 to end in the T14 position. With his performance, the fans are expecting a victory in the 2025 schedule.
Along with him, the defending champion and two-time winner in 2025, Niemann, will be in strong contention for his third victory of the season. Apart from the two, there is another golfer who has only two top 10 finishes this season, but with his Masters appearance, he shared strong hints of his comeback. We are talking about Patrick Reed. The golfer before the Masters had the best finish at LIV Golf Miami, but with his third-place finish at the major, he has raised hopes for his comeback.
Now, with top names in great form, who will be the one taking the grand prize of $4 million and jumping up in the individual standings? Who is your pick? Share with us in the comments below.
