Fans Want Andrew Tate ‘First Against the Gorilla’ After Easily Beating Up 60 ‘Civilians’

Social media personality, businessman, and former kickboxer Andrew Tate is back. But in the ring – a rather big one, actually. The Internet community is abuzz. Reports have been going viral. Reportedly, Tate squared up against 60 different opponents. 1 opponent for 3 minutes each. Needless to say, a stream of comments has been flooding the posts.

Best known for his controversial takes on social media, the British-American celebrity is also widely recognized for his dedication to fitness and long-standing interest in combat sports. While his MMA record includes only one professional bout (which he reportedly won), Tate’s kickboxing career has been far more extensive, boasting 76 wins, 9 losses, and one draw.

When one just isn’t enough: Andrew Tate goes for 60

Through their Instagram post, Happy Punch shared, “Andrew Tate just held an event where he fought 60 guys for 3 minutes each .” The accompanying video featured snippets of the action. In the first clip, Tate was seen embracing a bloodied opponent as the timer ran out.

The second fighter wasn’t as fortunate. Tate landed a sharp liver shot that visibly staggered his opponent. “Think I’am gonna have some for dinner… I’am gonna eat some liver,” Tate quipped as he threw the punch. In another clip, he pushed an opponent back with a straight right, followed by a clean left hook.

What’s particularly interesting is how this multi-fight challenge, somewhat reminiscent of the Kyokushin Karate 100-man kumite, has intersected with the viral online debate about whether 100 men could take on a full-grown silverback gorilla.

Let’s take a look at how fans and users responded to the post.

60 fights later… and still no gorilla

It seems this fan didn’t miss the sheer comicality of the entire charade. “Bro fought a bunch of construction workers and plumber ,” they said. To be fair, details about Tate’s opponents, such as their backgrounds or how well-versed they are in combat sports, are scarce. Hence, experiments like this will inevitably open the door to such jabs.

The next user also questioned the credentials of the 60 opponents. According to them, there were “60 civilians.” Of course, not everyone was so scathing. To some, Andrew Tate might have just been ready for a new challenge.

I’ve seen enough; put him first against the gorilla ,” said this fan. Now this could be interesting. Given that he had already defeated 60 ‘fighters,’ Tate might only need 40 more men to take down a Silverback. Another question over the 100 men vs. gorilla: ‘Tate fought 60 men, and y’all think that 100 men will beat a gorilla??!” Perhaps the whole idea of Tate fighting 60 men appeared unpalatable and unrealistic to a few.

Then another jab followed: “A trained kickboxer beats 60 people who have never put on any sort of fighting gloves ever challenge!!” It could be true. Judging by how some of them threw punches, they certainly didn’t seem adept at striking arts.

However, not everyone was looking to taunt Andrew Tate. Some were genuinely impressed by the social media star’s unusual experiment.

It’s been over a decade since he fought in an MMA bout and nearly five years since his last kickboxing match. There was a window of opportunity for a fight against Jake Paul, but it never materialized. Later, Tate reportedly hinted that the fight was ‘unlikely’ to happen.

So do you think Andrew Tate could fight a professional fighter or, for that matter, an influencer?
