Despite all her experience, the pressure of the moment still hit her. “I was just waiting, waiting, and they’re doing the ‘Now the Kansas City Chiefs!’ announcement, and I’m like, ‘Holy F*ck!’,” she said. “I’ve interviewed these guys 8,000 times, but then you’re thinking of everybody watching this, and you’re just like, ‘God, don’t screw this up now’.” She also noticed she took a different approach this year. “I felt a lot more chill. I was like, ‘Patrick, this moment’.”

Charissa summed it up best: “It’s never ever lost on me that we get to do this job, but when we get to do it together, and I get to watch you on the world’s biggest stage and you just shine bright… I’m just always grateful for that.” Even without the perfect picture, it was a night they’ll never forget. On their podcast, the FOX Sports duo stood up for Swift after she got a cold reception while cheering on Travis Kelce. “I feel bad for the most famous, amazing woman in the world who f—ing gets booed at the Super Bowl,” Andrews said. “Get out of here!” Clearly, she wasn’t impressed with the hate. I mean, c’mon, who likes getting booed? right.
Thompson understood where Eagles’ fans were coming from, but still had Swift’s back. “I love the fandom.
