Chiefs GM Confirms Intentions on Drafting WR Amid Tyreek Hill’s Dolphins Exit Rumors

The Kansas City Chiefs’ wide receiver problems? That was surely talk of the street in the last season. Rashee Rice was supposed to be their go-to guy coming out of a standout rookie season. But then Patrick Mahomes collided with him during the week 4 showdown against the Chargers and ever since then his return for the 2025 season is uncertain. Then there was Hollywood Brown who was expected to pull out his 2021 season heroics. But nah. He became the next victim of the Chiefs’ injury issues.

Fast forward to now, and it looks like the KC doesn’t want to repeat the same things in the next season. Now that the NFL draft is just a week away, the team’s general manager, Brett Veach, confirmed that the offensive line, defensive line, cornerback, and wide receiver as areas the Chiefs could target in the draft. The Chiefs’ Senior Team Reporter broke the news on his official ‘X’ handle.
