Every day that Caitlin Clark spends off the court feels like an eternity for WNBA fans. The Indiana Fever guard has been plagued with injuries this season, dealing with quad and groin issues. However, she’s back against the Valks today, and fans couldn’t be more excited!
Moreover, she recently drafted her team for the All-Star Weekend, and even though some of her teammates are injured, she has an exciting team. A’ja Wilson, Sabrina Ionescu, Satou Sabally, the list just doesn’t end!
Clark was voted in as a first-time All-Star Captain in only her second year in the league, and she took a rather simple approach to picking her teammates. “I thought I got a well-balanced team. I tried to go for some of the younger players that might want to go up and down and run a little bit more.” She said, ahead of the Fever vs Valkyries game.
