It was the end! The Kansas City Chiefs’s fans, who were waiting for their heroes at Union Station, will not be able to see the Red team bringing Lombardi along with them. The three-peat hope and the wish to make history – all were crushed by the Philadelphia Eagles. Amidst all these, probably the most hurt is coach Andy Reid.
The Chiefs lost to the Eagles 22-40 in New Orleans. Andy Reid, who was shattered after the game, stepped up in the press conference to address the media. And all he was left with a heavy heart, as he expressed, “You get this far, you’ve battled your tail off to get this far. Very, very hard to do…..They all hurt when you get to this level.”
In addition, Andy Reid further thanked the Chiefs’s fans for their continued support in the season and in the Super Bowl as well. He said it was “a rough night for them to watch that loss.”

Indeed, it was a rough phase to see Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes‘s team crumbling into pieces at Caesars Superdome.
