For years, Dana White and Jake Paul have traded jibes outside the cage—on podcasts, in interviews, and on social media. Their feud became the stuff of combat sports legend, complete with petty insults, million-dollar bets, and relentless trash-talking. But today, while the buzz over Jake Paul hasn’t died down, it appears Dana White has a new target in mind—one that is more business-oriented than boxing. And the move? Let’s just say it includes a cold can and a pretty loud message.
Logan Paul might have believed he was safe. Unlike his brother, he has maintained a much friendlier relationship with White and even secured a lucrative contract with the UFC through his $3.2 billion venture, PRIME hydration. That alliance gained attention when PRIME became the UFC’s official drink sponsor in 2022, with bottles appearing at weigh-ins, media events, and press conferences. It appeared to be a win-win for both parties—until now.
Because Dana White has now decided to introduce something that could change all of that. And he isn’t playing small. Dana White is launching Phorm Energy, an energy drink that will directly challenge PRIME’s dominance. This is more than just White’s name on a product; it was created in collaboration with fitness brand 1st Phorm and beverage giant Anheuser-Busch. So, with this, it is him taking a shot at Logan Paul’s corporate empire.
The drink claims to provide excellent performance with 200mg of green tea-based caffeine, nootropics for mental focus, and no added sugar. It’s cleaner, sharper, and clearly intended to appeal to the same demographic that made PRIME a success: youthful, athletic, fitness-conscious consumers. In fact, they have even roped in Steve-O to promote it online with some bling.
With Dana White’s reputation in performance sports and the strength of Anheuser-Busch behind him, this isn’t a side gig. This is a straight challenge. It’s Dana White doing what he does best: entering an arena and trying to dominate it. Only this time, the gloves have come off, and the ring is constructed of shelf space and market share.
There was a press release about this in January.

So what began as a fight with Jake Paul may now be affecting Logan Paul’s business. White’s attack is not as loud or offensive as his online criticisms; it is nuanced, premeditated, and far more dangerous. However, the cracks were always there, as Logan Paul earlier revealed a point of contention he had with Dana White. But what is it? Well, ‘The Maverick’ pitched a fight that received quite a brutal reaction from Dana White.
Dana White sidelines Logan Paul’s pitch for UFC 300
Dana White and Logan Paul’s feud may have begun even before Phorm Energy was released. While Jake Paul’s jibes made waves outside the UFC, Logan Paul discreetly contacted the organization from within, with an idea, not a threat. UFC 300 at the Las Vegas Sphere was destined to be a historic event, and ‘The Maverick’ saw it for what it was: a global stage.
But when he texted Dana White and offered to fight on the undercard, the silence that followed was more than just rejection; it was a message. This wasn’t the reaction of a promoter merely disinterested. This was a planned snub. A brush-off that was louder than any public feud. What stings worse is that Logan Paul didn’t ask for much. Not a headliner, not even in the spotlight—just a brief appearance on the card as an eager performer with a growing skill set. But, according to the WWE superstar, Dana didn’t even respond with a “no.” Just radio silence.
On his podcast with interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall, ‘The Maverick’ discussed the exchange—or the lack thereof. When Aspinall questioned Jon Jones‘ motivations, the debate shifted to Logan’s personal interest in combat sports. Logan shared the message he sent and how it was entirely ignored, saying, “I think that speaks volumes.” Whether it was Logan’s past, his WWE label, or simply lousy timing, White clearly didn’t believe what he was selling.
Logan Paul eventually proposed his own explanation, one that is closer to White’s ego. He cited the CM Punk attempt as the turning point in Dana’s decision not to give crossover stars another try. “He f—– it up, and after that Dana was like, ‘I’m never doing this again.’ But the WWE superstar pushed back, claiming, “But dude, I’m not CM Punk. He’s a great wrestler, not a UFC fighter. I think I would be a much better UFC fighter.” Well, what do you think? Will this new venture lead to a public feud between the two? Let us know in the comments.
