The Warriors’ misery continues. They are currently ranked eleventh in the West and struggling to stay afloat. And they were hoping to shake off Saturday’s loss against the Lakers by defeating the Jazz tonight. However, it might prove to be a bigger challenge than expected because the Bay Area franchise will be playing without their superstar, Stephen Curry!
Yes, the Baby-Faced Assassin has made a last-minute entry to the injury report and will not suit up. The reason? “His knees are bothering him.” Steve Kerr revealed. Well, Steph has been dealing with lingering knee issues throughout the season, which has forced him to miss several games on occasion, especially back-to-backs.
Even tonight, Curry is getting the much-needed rest because he is likely to play tomorrow against the OKC Thunder. “With the back-to-back, we’re hopeful that he’ll play tomorrow. It felt like with three games in the next four nights with his knees where they are, let’s be smart about it and go from there.” Kerr added.
