In a heartfelt video message, the 27-year-old revealed she will not suit up for this weekend’s All-Star Game in Indianapolis due to a lingering ankle injury. “Over the past two weeks, I’ve been working around the clock to rehab my body,” Sabally shared. But even then, she is ensuring that no action is missed. “I will be there… to take part in the most important part of the weekend,” the forward added, referencing the ongoing fight for a more equitable CBA. As a member of the WNBPA leadership committee, Sabally reaffirmed her commitment to pushing for structural change, calling the union’s efforts “critical to where our league is and where it’s going.”
