Jordan Chiles Absent as US Gymnastics Announces Big Pan Am Games Update

2 min read

After a flamboyant finish in the NCAA gymnastics postseason, when Jordan Chiles was asked about her return to elite gymnastics, she didn’t take much time to think about it. In fact, while talking about returning to UCLA as a senior next year, she was equally excited to discuss her wish around the LA Olympics and all those things. But what did she say?

“It’s [LA 2028 Olympics] on my mind,” Jordan said. “It’s not completely out of my head. I still think about it.” But after the Paris Olympics season, she had to face a stumble in the first elite gymnastics event of the ongoing season. Yes. Jordan Chiles didn’t find a place on the list of Team USA women’s gymnastics team for the Artistic Pan American Championships, scheduled from June 12 to 15.

The following athletes have been selected to represent Team USA at the upcoming Artistic Pan American Championships!
