National Reporter Reveals Bradley Beal’s Trade Decision After Suns Star’s Wife Opens Up About Heartbreaking Fan Experience

“The sort of irony in this situation is the best fit, and most aggressive team for Jimmy Butler is maybe the 1 out of the 29 teams that has the hardest time getting him,” said Brian Windhorst, when discussing the Miami Heat star’s trade to the Phoenix Suns. If Jimmy Butler and the Phoenix Suns are a potentially good matchup, then what seems to be the problem? Two words: Bradley Beal.

The Suns already have a veteran small forward, who they can’t get rid of as he currently holds a ‘no-trade’ clause on his contract. This means that the Suns can’t move anywhere vis-à-vis Jimmy Butler unless the 31-year-old by himself chooses to take his talents elsewhere. From the looks of it, Beal is not ready to commit to another team yet.

Self-Described Miami Herald veteran Barry Jackson recently highlighted a report put out by ‘The Athletic’ reporter Fred Katz. According to it, Bradley Beal has chosen not to accept a trade to the Chicago Bulls. The franchise was reportedly mentioned amongst the list of teams that could help facilitate a 3-team trade alongside the Suns and Heat, paving the way for a Butler acquisition. With Beal’s refusal, however, that potential agreement is dead now.

Bradley Beal won’t accept a trade to Chicago, per The Athletic’s Fred Katz. Chicago was mentioned earlier today as a team that could help facilitate Butler to Phoenix. Beal, as you all know, has a no trade clause.
