Timothée Chalamet & Knicks Legend Reunite After 15 Years Amid Date With Kylie Jenner at MSG

What do you do when your childhood hero sits beside you at MSG? Timothée Chalamet, in a vintage Knicks tee, stole glances – and gasps – when he spotted a familiar face during the Knicks’ 121–113 Game 4 triumph. Kylie Jenner and Kendall joined him courtside, but Chalamet’s moment went viral once fans realized which former star he’d just greeted. Fifteen years after a teenage meetup, Chalamet lived the full-circle moment in front of 20,000 cheering fans.

Chalamet is a childhood Knicks supporter. He was seen rooting for Jalen Brunson’s squad during their game against the Los Angeles Lakers in March. He even took pictures with another devoted Knicks fan and director, Spike Lee. Speaking of his love for the team, Chalamet missed the Met Gala for the Knicks game. While he kept a close eye on Game 2 from Rome, he made sure to attend Game 3 in person.

Chalamet returned, with Kylie Jenner, to witness Game 4. During the game, he relived his childhood memory. The Dune star reunited with Knicks legend, Amar’e Stoudemire, his childhood hero. The two posed for a picture, with the actor shaking hands with the 6x NBA All-Star. This reunion is reminiscent of an old and nostalgic photo that Timothee previously shared online.

In a 2010 photo, 14-year-old Chalamet waited outside a Broadway show to have Stoudemire sign his jersey. Chalamet had earlier shared this picture on his Instagram story. Now, as the Knicks see a renewed hope for a championship, it has brought together two stars of their own crafts. Complex Sports posted a side-by-side of the 2009 and 2025 moments. “Full circle moment for Timothée and Amar’e Stoudemire,” Complex captioned the reunion that happened after 15 years.

As any fan would, Chalamet wore a black T-shirt with the New York Knicks‘ name printed on it. His girlfriend paired leather pants with a black tank top. Jenner’s sister and model Kendall Jenner also joined the couple for the Game night. Before Game 3, both Jenner and Chalamet were spotted at the 70th David di Donatello Awards, where the actor received the David for Cinematic Excellence honor. A dreamy picture of the couple enjoying the thrill of Game 4 is now making the rounds on social media.

Post-game, Chalamet shook hands with Karl-Anthony Towns. Towns dropped 23 points and 11 rebounds in the game to help elevate the team. The Knicks’ monstrous performance was the highlight of Game 4.

Brunson’s 39-point explosion ignites MSG

A crowd of frenzied Knicks fans gathered outside Madison Square Garden as the team clinched a 121–113 win. The fans present in the arena echoed the same support with loud cheers for the team. Throughout the game, the Knicks showcased efficient 3-point shooting to battle the Boston Celtics

The Knicks’ star Brunson stole the spotlight with his clutch performance. The star player had 18 points in the third quarter. He nailed four 3-pointers, finishing with 39 points and five rebounds, helping the team secure the win.

What does this win mean, and why are New York Knicks fans celebrating? Well, the Knicks are now just one victory away from advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals of the NBA playoffs. They haven’t made it that far in 25 years. The excitement is understandable!

Mikal Bridges delivered an impressive performance in the fourth quarter, dropping 23 points. After underwhelming performances in the previous two games, OG Anunoby was impressive with 20 points in this matchup.

Celtics’ Jayson Tatum, who scored 42 points in the game, sustained a lower leg injury. As the two teams gear up for Game 5, Knicks will look to continue the momentum while the Celtics will try to bounce back amidst concerns on Tatum’s injury
