Yet, just when it seemed that the Flyers had pulled the monumental feat of taking the Metropolitan Division leaders to overtime, Jakob Chychrun came up with the answer.

With just under eight minutes left until the buzzer, Chychrun linked up with Taylor Raddysh and John Carlson for an exquisite three-pass combo, leading to the fourth goal for the Capital. The defenseman’s goal turned out to be the final, match-winning goal for the Capitals. however, what made it even more special was that Chychurn scored it while wearing injured teammate, Sonny Milano’s gloves. “I’ve been wearing them all year and in camps and stuff,” Jakob Chychrun told RMNB’s Katie Adler earlier this week.
