Dricus Du Plessis Gives Khamzat Chimaev a Reality Check as Injury Rumors Put UFC 317 Fight in Jeopardy

1 min read

Khamzat Chimaev was livid after learning that Dricus Du Plessis was injured. There were rumors that the UFC was targeting UFC 317 on June 28 for their much-awaited middleweight title clash, but the South African champ’s injury has put these plans in jeopardy. So you can understand ‘Borz’ being a bit salty and writing “This guy biggest bull—t ,” on his X account.

But ‘Stillknocks’ is not one to take things lying down. An expert at making some of the toughest men cry in public, he couldn’t help but clap back at the undefeated Chechen. The champion replied to the Emirati’s aforementioned X post with pictures of his and Chimaev’s activity and cancelled bouts over the past two years. “Let’s take a look at the last +-2.5years and tell me who’s bullshit ,” the reigning 185lbs and trash talk king captioned the post.
