Former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon was reportedly arrested over the weekend in Oklahoma for public intoxication, according to multiple sources. Blackmon, 34, was selected fifth overall in the 2012 NFL Draft by the Jaguars after a standout collegiate career at Oklahoma State. He was a two-time unanimous All-American and winner of the Biletnikoff Award in both 2010 and 2011.
