If there’s a health freak family, it has to be the James family of LA. Like the King’s evergreen strict diet, the first 4 months of 2025 have only been about one goal for Savannah James- health and fitness. The world is in awe of LeBron James’ superstar wife taking steps toward better health. For instance, she does regular pilates, survives on intermittent fasting, and has launched her own skincare brand with her daughter Zhuri. But a little tomfoolery between friends is okay, right? Well, Savannah certainly thinks so. Her close friends did seem to have a funny take on a picture taken when she was caught lacking.
