Michigan DB Clears Jim Harbaugh’s Involvement in Sign Stealing Scandal With Eye-Opening Revelation

4 min read

Like that one annoying pimple, the sign-stealing drama keeps on coming back. Hey, we ain’t no Christopher Nolan but we can bet someone out there can create a movie based around what happened last year with Jim Harbaugh and Connor Stalions. 50 years ago, no one gave a flying F about “sign stealing” but boy Stalions rocked the boat big time and suddenly Jim Harbaugh got suspended for 3 games – With that done, “almost” no one wanted the Bluebloods to win the National Championship. Now, did the NCAA investigation bring anything to fruition? Not exactly. Stalions had to walk off and Michigan still dominated the 3 games without having their HC next to them (that alone says a lot) and then won the natty. Peace has finally come to the mainland, but wait, we have some new “revelations” coming your way.

“They try finding a way to make it seem like we’re cheating because realistically everybody does the same exact thing. Everybody has a person who signals deciphers. It’s just, he really took time and put effort into wanting to be the best at it,” Mike Saintristil pointed out. Don’t blame the player, blame the game. For the layman, sign-stealing is a major deal – the problem is, people tend to forget that every major school on the horizon pulls this stunt.

Harbaugh and his staff weren’t new to this – they were just better. Now you would hate on the guys for knowing better football than your favorite school? Doesn’t seem fair, does it? And when we talk about the “investigations,” nothing around Harbaugh ever came up.

“NCAA takes forever to do anything. I don’t think it’s (case) going anywhere. NCAA is powerless,” was something Paul Finebaum had pointed out, but NCAA did pull a solid number. He-k Sherrone Moore got caught in the crossfire because of deleting “texts” but where is the evidence against Harbaugh?

Let’s be honest here, while the entire ordeal might look “shady,” Michigan didn’t exactly do something wrong. As Saintristil pointed out, every school pulls this stunt. It’s just that when it was Michigan’s turn, it was just too “juicy” to let go. Regardless, let bygones be bygones – Michigan couldn’t even crack the playoffs this year so people can take that as “karma” hitting the bluebloods. However, 2025 is looking really spicy for Moore and Co.

Wolverines making a comeback?

The key to it lies in the quarterback. See, if we look at 2024 as the staple, then it won’t be fair. JJ McCarthy was off to the draft and Moore was left juggling with a broken team. In a few months, Michigan lost almost all of their heavy hitters and the 2024 run pretty much proved it.

However, what stood out the most was the lack of depth in the QB room. It was either Alex Orji or Davis Warren – neither of them being on the same level as McCarthy. But for 2025? Well, let’s just say Michigan’s deep pockets paid off.

With that $10.5 million deal, UM secured the No.1 QB for the 2025 class. This instantly changes the game for Moore. See, Bryce Underwood ain’t someone you should be taking lightly. And the NIL experts back in Michigan aren’t dumb to shell out millions for that guy.

He has everything going for him – pocket presence, arm strength, accuracy. If you pair that up with the rest of Michigan’s 2025 class – you pretty much get the perfect recipe for disaster (for the rivals).
