Ex-UFC Champ Tyron Woodley Comes Clean on Ugly Rap Aimed at Dana White

Former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley does not like Dana White. ‘The Chosen One’, of course, was the 170-pound champ before the Kamaru Usman era began in 2019. Today, more people may know him as the guy who lost to Jake Paul and had  ‘The Problem Child’s name tattooed on his body. But the older fans will remember that Woodley was the man at welterweight for a few good years before ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ dethroned him.

Older fans will also remember White criticizing his fighting style as boring, and blindsiding him about possible fights against Nick and Nate Diaz, all of which infuriated the former champ. In fact, Woodley was so mad at the UFC CEO at one point that his 2019 diss track, ‘I’ll beat yo a–” featuring Wiz Khalifa was actually aimed at the Bossman.

“That’s why I made the [diss song] ‘I beat yo a–‘. If you listen to the lyrics, it was for Dana White. I couldn’t say I wanted to beat Dana White’s a-s, but I wanted to bad because he made me look stupid.” Woodley told MMA coach extraordinaire, Eric Nicksick in a recent interview on his YouTube channel.
