Mike Tomlin‘s Steelers are making moves. And not just the kind everyone’s been obsessing over. While the Aaron Rodgers limbo continues to drag on, Pittsburgh decided to beef up their defense by signing free agent DL Daniel Ekuale, formerly of the Patriots. His reps broke the news on IG, and his agent, Blake Baratz, confirmed the deal Sunday. Ekuale’s a 57-game veteran who’s been around the block, and while the contract details are under wraps, it’s clear the Steelers are looking to add some depth and experience to their defensive line.

Now, about that quarterback situation. Nope, it’s not Rodgers, and it’s not even the rumored ‘Plan B’ everyone was speculating about. Instead, the Steelers brought back a familiar face –Mason Rudolph. Yes, the guy who’s had his fair share of ups and downs in Pittsburgh is back on a two-year deal.
