On January 31, the Simone Biles Invitational came to life. The 3-day gymnastics pomp kicked off with the qualification rounds of the Nastia Cup at the George R. Brown Convention Center. Simone, however, had already made her journey to the venue. In the wee hours of January 31, the Olympian shared a few snapshots on her Instagram story, decked up to attend the gymnastics show. But in the meantime, she revealed another special thing.
On January 31, Simone dropped another Instagram story, re-sharing an adorable clip. So, what did that clip have on display? It had a 3-year-old child making a hard-to-ignore request. What was that? Her words in the clip came out, “I have to call Sibone Miles now.” Meanwhile, she started to press a toy mobile phone’s fancy buttons to make a call to her idol “Sibone.” Idol? Well, the caption of the actual clip held a caption of “POV: A 3-year-old’s phone call with her idol.” Hold on! The seven-time Olympic champion had a few more loving words to make the occasion a cherishable memory for all.
While re-sharing the clip on her Instagram story, Simone Biles wrote, “my heart [emoji] I got to meet sweet Sloan today!!!! she did her sassy [emoji] pose w/me! so adorable! DAY MADE”
