Joe Burrow will surely have a big smile on his face right about now. I mean, why wouldn’t he, after seeing the Bengals front office finally wake up with the free agency market opening on Monday. Cincinnati has just announced a major contract extension for their TE Mike Gesicki. They are re-signing him for a 3-year, $25.5M contract, which includes $12M in year one, as per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
And that isn’t the only big news coming out of the Jungle. NFL’s sack leader Trey Hendrickson is also seemingly not worried about his future with the Bengals. Speaking with WLWT, the Bengals DE said, “I wouldn’t call it frustrating. It gives me an opportunity to prove my worth every season.”
