Travis Hunter Flaunts Partnership With $7.7B Supergiant That Endorses Jayden Daniels

Travis Hunter—the two-way star- Coach Prime’s prized asset, the Heisman winner. There are a multitude of ways to describe this future Top 5 pick in the 2025 NFL draft. The 2024 season showed us what he’s capable of. Of course, the game-winning plays (both on defense and offense), 1,200+ receiving yards, and 35 tackles on defense. The list is endless. Let’s not even get into the number of snaps he featured in for the Buffs. All in all, Travis is the next generation- ready to take over the big league. But even before that, he has gained a partnership that will even pay him through his NFL journey.

Well, the player had recently partnered with Adidas, which will see him wearing their apparel even when he plays in the NFL. This will see him joining the likes of Patrick Mahomes, Brock Purdy, and Chris Jones. These are some very high-profile names to be joined with, right? But do not believe for a second that this is all he has in his coffers. That is because he had also gained another massive deal and is not stopping to flaunt it too.

Well, it’s his collaboration with the Celsius Energy Drink, which he had signed last year as an NIL deal. The partnership with Hunter was a part of a campaign called ‘The Essential Six’. It also featured other athletes like Dillon Gabriel (Oregon) and Donovan Edwards (Michigan).

Travis Hunter shared a picture on his Instagram story holding a can of Celsius and wearing a T-shirt that had ‘Celsius’ Live Fit’ written on it. He tagged the picture with Celsius’s official account and also posted another picture holding a football and smiling with his signature Hunter smirk. He wrote #celciuslivefit on the picture. But why is it a big deal?

Well, it is quite a big deal because the company is valued to be around $7.7 billion and also had an investment by PepsiCo that was worth $550 million. The company is targeting the Gen-Z market, and that’s why it has chosen players like Hunter, who have quite a rapport with that audience. The partnership also means a long-time commitment from Hunter that may also spill into the NFL, giving him multimillion dollars in income. Same as Jayden Daniels, the Commanders’ QB Jayden Daniels is doing with Celcius in the NFL. But the question still comes: Where is Travis Hunter headed into the NFL?

Where is Travis Hunter going in the NFL?

Well, no matter what the projections are being given. One thing is clear: the Colorado Buffaloes player will definitely land in the top 5 picks of the first round. His dual-threat nature will surely appeal to the teams, but more than that, he still has a lot to offer as he is just 21 years old. Still, there are some projections that place him differently on different teams. For context, hear this.

NFL.com had recently placed him to be going with the New England Patriots as the number 4 pick. Patriots’ head coach Vrabel’s personal exploits as a two-way star certainly would mean that it could be a possibility. Another prospective destination, as per Yahoo Sports, is the player going with the Tennessee Titans, who have the first pick in the draft. The Titans have already made clear that they want a ‘generational talent,’ and who better than Hunter to take that mantle?

Another prospective destination for the player could be the Cleveland Browns, who have the second pick. However, they still will need to address their QB need as Deshaun Watson suffered an injury to his Achilles.
